Did not finish book. Stopped at 38%.

no thanks on the graphic violence against women.  Had been mildly intrigued until then, but only mildly.  The holy grail, religious quests, meh.  So, life's too short, and my bookshelf is too small.

chapter 20 contains graphic descriptions of general violence and sexual violence. Until then, I hadn't found the limited violence disturbing. I don't know how much was in the rest of the book, as I stopped reading.
