"Nice bird, asshole."
Ha! I finally get it!
Third times the charm I guess because it took me three different tries to get fully invested. I found the way the story was told interesting, the way Lynch would place a flashback right before it became relevant. Somehow, it doesn't feel like a cop out or a Dues Ex Machina. It just flows well.
I really liked the dark, gritty world where there were really no good guys. The characters were all great. I loved Father Chains so much in this. Locke. Jean. Bug. The twins were obvious comedic relief, but I enjoyed them too. But where do we go from here now thatliterally everyone besides Locke and Jean are dead? I was curious excited to follow Bug lmao rest in peace man. He went out fighting.
Now that I think about it, Father Chains straight up said that Locke would mess up tremendously.
Also, who and where tf is Sabetha?
