I loved this book so much, I felt like I really understood and connected to Sadie and how she was feeling. They were some truly amazing quotes and ideas that I’d never heard of before (e.g confirmation bias: we think what we think we’re going to think). I loved how Katherine Center showed us how wrong first impressions can be: insert Joe’s one night stand with a bulldog. And how freeing it can be to choose which thoughts to indulge in, how those positive, self-encouraging thoughts can create hope.
