This book felt to me like a collection of HBR articles on how to improve performance in organization. It would not have been my first choice for a book to pick up. I liked how honest the author was in stating what needs to be done: just make the call!

Some chapters were very lengthy and at times I struggled to return to it. I feel like this book is more suitable for those in sales.
