The Basic Laws of Human Stupidity by Carlo M. Cipolla

1.0

This "essay" takes itself SO seriously, while going so far out of it's way to fail to say anything of any real substance. It's only actual accomplishment is to come off as the author pretentiously ranting for what seems like FOREVER (despite how very short it is) about how how much of the population is "stupid", clearly fueled by personal grievances, all while trying to act like this is somehow backed by scientific or economic fact, as if "stupid" were a calculable substance that could ACTUALLY be measured, not a subjective concept, all while not even putting forth his OWN "definition" of the term.

I expected a bit of humor, I got a real life "man yells at clouds" meme.

Maybe that's the joke....but if so...it's not funny, it's just....stupid.
