I can't think of a better artist to translate the surreal dystopia of Jeff Vandermeer's original story into the inky medium of comics. Ellsworth's pages vibrate with freaky energy and take the reader down a psychedelic rabbit hole of work/hierarchy/consumerism vs pleasure/anarchy/nature.
