I gave a star as I thought the alien character was amusing at first. It got old fast, but at least it was unique. I gave another star as it was written well enough.
This book pretty much put me in a reading slump. It's short so I didn't want to stop and DNF. I had a hard time getting through it, but managed to bite the bullet one night and just get it finished. If it wasn't for audiobooks I wouldn't have read anything for nearly a month.

She had to pause sex when the MMC held her wrists as it brought back memories. The memory wasn't described other than saying something along the lines of 'They captured me and used me for entertainment' I don't remember the exact wording. She then takes control mentally and continues sex

When they find civilisation a fast food worker wanted her to 'warm his bed' and was staring at her chest and ignoring the MMC. He refused service all together when she refused. When they got more into the town, people were calling her a slut and refusing service because she was walking around with the alien and assumed she was the aliens human slut.
