I was extremely disappointed in this book.
I loooooooved the first book in this series so I was super excited to continue the story, however, unlike the first book I wasn't able to fall in love with it. The characters left more to be desired and most were rather irksome, it felt rushed, and left more to be desired and not in the normal 'holy crap I can't wait to read the next book,' kinda way. The idea of the story itself was a great one but it kinda just fell flat.
