Fruits Basket, Vol. 23 by Natsuki Takaya

5.0

I loved this series 5 stars ⭐️. Fruits basket was one of the first anime’s I ever watched and grew up with. When I found out they were rebooting the series and this time would be following the anime, I was over the moon and couldn’t wait to finish it so I could check out the Manga and sure enough I was not let down.

The characters are all so interesting and different. They all have their own struggles and demons they are fighting which keeps the story interesting. I love the main trio as they are all so different but they all want the same thing underneath everything they are going through.

I also love the story it is so unique and different it isn’t something we have seen before and therefore it was something I could get into as it wasn’t something I had watched or read before so I didn’t know where they were going to go with it.

I also loved that even though it looks fun and zany, underneath it all it’s a very dark story that covers some very serious issues.

I would recommend this to anyone who loves a slice of life and wants something different.
