Yeah, I have very little idea from this issu what the hell is going on in this series, however, it's interesting enough to give it the benefit of the doubt. Additionally, the other stuff in the issue is entertaining enough - not explanatory, however - to raise it anywhere from a fractional (did I wander into a pun?) star to a full star.
