Lou is an amazing young woman an her character development is amazing. Will is a grumpy man full of love even though he is suffering. The relationship is absolutely adorable and their banter is super realistic. I loved how their relationship developed slowly and one could really just feel what Lou felt.
The question about helping people die and disability is incredibly well dealt with. It is shown that the world is not always accessible for disabled people but there are ways and there is hope. And there is also the suffering of Will and how the accident changed his whole family. It is truely amazing and there is so much more depth to this book than just romance.
However, I only gave it 4 stars because it felt a bit long at times and the story was moving along very slowly in the middle.
