A Curse of Blood & Stone by K.A. Tucker

“Then love me tonight and be the king you need to be tomorrow”
This sequel was everything I needed it to be. KA.Tucker knows what to do with a fantasy. It didn’t disappoint in the slightest. I was a bit nervous after loving the first book so much but this book was the gift that kept on giving. It follows immediately after the events of the first book where we continue following our Zander, Romaria and the gang on their journey. This whole book follows the journet/trip, so no luxury and castles in this one. So if your looking for something super fast paced, this sequel ain’t it. However, what it has is so many funny, amazing and beautiful scenes. Romaria has grown a lot and she’s going to make such an amazing queen one day.
During a big part of the book I felt for Romaria so much and her feelings for Zander, they went back to being ”enemies” but with love in their heart. My love for Zander just grew in this book even though he was very frustrating at some partsThere was so much TENSION you could cut it with a knife. All the stars, the comments the jabs… I ate all that shit up.
I just love Romaria & Zander so much, I don’t have words to explain it. Also, the side characters in this book were INCREDIBLE.
Once again it ended on a cliffhanger and I’m both surprised and nervous. I need that third book ASAP
