this is what i asked for when i wanted enemies to lovers that progresses perfectly. this is amazing on that department. plot-wise, i have some issues with the pacing and some of the choices that the fmc made (since, let's be real, this book could be 100 pages shorter without all the side-quests that resulted from sylvia's lack of judgement), but otherwise i enjoyed this immensely and i kinda regret reading this when i have to wait for the sequel for a while
