I decided to cram in one last Christmas romance and kind of wish I’d picked something else. This was so slight, it’s almost transparent. There’s barely a story here and I felt no chemistry or heat between the two leads.
It wasn’t bad exactly, it was just….fine. And I wanted a bit more than fine for my last Christmas read of the year. December’s not over, so I might go for one more.
