I picked this up in a charity shop, I wasn’t going to. I don’t normally read poetry, it’s not my thing, but the book looked so beautiful! I had to have it.
I appreciated the poems. I often find poems trying too hard to be fancy, all mysterious and overly descriptive but these weren’t. They were a perfect mix of that and day to day thoughts.
The red pages, the blank pages and the drawings really added to the feel.
