Good, but do not follow her philosophy of depriving yourself of certain foods. For me, it leads to a binge!

Chapter 16 talks about diets. She says one thing and is doing another. Diets are deprivation that cannot be sustained indefinitely and end in weight gain when ended. Taking a whole food group out of her diet isn't healthy or sustainable. She uses this as a "white elephant" but never addresses her own failing.

I totally agree that Jesus can do anything but what she is doing is not healthy.
