Crimson Shore by Douglas Preston, Lincoln Child

5.0

Okay, I'm not sure I should be writing this review right now because I am still in shock! II was not too sure about this story line, but I love Pendergast and stuck with it. As the story progressed, I began to see the Pendergast I know and love. I'm still not sure why he would want to take a private job tracking down wine thieves even if it turned into a case that was right up his alley. I'm also not sure how much to say, I don't want to ruin the story for anyone. So I will say this much, there is a kiss that I didn't think would happen, a death that hopefully will be like a previous death, and a return that can't mean anything good. Mr. Preston and Mr. Child I do hope you are already writing the follow on book to this one!
