The beginning is super cringey with the age gap (18 year old college freshman vs 25 year old). There's a lot of inconsistencies with details (like there's tons of phone calls and no texting) that pulled me out of the story. If you pretend the MC is in her mid-to-late 20s instead of 22 it makes more sense I suppose. But the romance was sweet and mostly enjoyable minus the cheating.
