This book has all of that Miss Moreland romantic writing. I always find Miss Moreland writing soothing and romantic. Joshua is a loner. After a horrific incident that happens to him, he shuts himself in isolation. He is a best seller mystery writer. Until one day, a woman crashing into his life.
Elizabeth/ rabiit is a victim of domestic abuse. On a fateful stormy night, she runs away from her husband and crashing into Joshua property. The insta love is quick between these two. Into the Storm has a bit of thriller in it. I think Miss Moreland writes this book in respect of her favorite mystery/ thriller author.
The POV is dual but mostly from Joshua. We learn how Joshua character grows into a strong man and overcome his fear to be a better man fro Lizze. And we also see Lizze courage and determination to end her abuse. Its good reading. Perfect for Valentine day.
