Under Fire by Henri Barbusse
5.0
This book, man. It was so real and direct and human and horrific that it was beautiful. It made me want to cry more than once. Why isn't this book more well known? Seriously. Everyone should read it. In America we don't hear as much about WWI, but wars are all the same, really; I think this book shows that.
