Lost Boy by Christina Henry

For the most part, this novel lacked purpose for me.
It's obvious where the main characters emotions are headed but at all times I felt like it lacked depth. It starts to dig into various parts of the plot or emotions, etc. but always just stays on the surface. Which is fine I guess and maybe intended since it's written reminding of a young boys language.
Yet I always felt like it's a little bit chaotic and my mind just couldn't really wrap around what's going on there.
