Literally just a lot a sexual tension and sex with an alien. Not many storylines at the begining (except the mate thing we had in the first book), even less than in the first book but we already know a bit of the world thanks to the first book so I guess that’s okay.

The second part of the book was actually pretty cool, with the exile thing. I feel like it makes sense that both of them are “forced” to go hunting to feed the tribe. And to be honest, they sure were happier when they were alone than in the cave with all the others…
