Ocean's Echo by Everina Maxwell

Did not finish book. Stopped at 31%.
I really liked the first book in this series, and I enjoyed what I read of this one, but, when I put it down, I wasn’t compelled to pick it back up. I just wasn’t attached to the characters or story.
