I knew I was going to love this book based on the cover alone (GORGEOUS) then I read the synopsis and WOW. Darcy said this book is FOR YOU. Trans main character (Mira) who’s a grad student studying Classics and labor organizing? I’m in love. I love women. And of course, Isabel. The butch lesbian of my dreams. A blue-collar worker?? HOT.
Anyway, if you like WLW, labor organizing, “and they were roommates” vibes, you have to read this book immediately if not sooner.
Please note that this book deals with grief, the loss of a sibling, and an abusive ex-boyfriend. Take care of yourselves.
