“I know you feel too big for this place. But when you get out of here, you'll see how small you are in the world.”
This story had so much potential, but it ended up failing me. I started super involved in the plot, I even thought I'd only read half of it and then I realized that I was already finishing it. The illustrations are beautiful, the story is interesting, the characters are complex, so what's the problem? For me it ends up failing in how everything is explained, I promise if you make graphic novels with more than 200 pages, that's fine. The characters felt incomplete because they do not have as much depth, the "villain" of the story is introduced abruptly and, like the rest of the characters, she has no dimension, we know almost nothing about her or her story, we only know her name and where she lives. I would have liked to know
