I understand what people mean when they say a book is overwritten. Maybe it has something to do with the first person narrative. 

Regardless this book so fun and dark and messy. I cant believe i found this hyper niche progressive Christian queer detective book. Looooooved. 

Oh the dark parts were like really fucked up.
