Im usually a bit dubious about reading books that have elements to do with time in them such as time travel because honestly, I find it really confusing lol. That however was not the case with this book at all!!
Our MFC Prue is a likeable girl that is quiet and struggles with anxiety. It was really nice to see anxiety represented in a book like this and the author describes it well.
Our MMC is what’ve would describe as a loveable ass for the most part. I had to save a quote from the part where we first meet him because it really made me laugh, it says: “What the hell? I step closer. My gaze lands on…No, not a foot. A pen1s” (I spelt it like this so the bits don’t complain but it is correct in the book)
It has some really interesting side characters as well with the immediately loveable Emmett. I have to say though I’m most intrigued by one of our baddies Marissa. I very much look forward to hearing more about her.
This book is really fast paced which I really enjoy. It has plenty of action and some nice spice also! I enjoyed this book a lot more than I thought I would, I would definitely recommend. Lastly I wanted to share one other quote from the book which is: “Stars are the physical manifestation of everything that has happened and will happen” because I really like the idea of that!
