Fantastic. It's such a good read. Would recommend this to everyone. It's heavy content but McCurdy's writing is so incredible and witty that it is a very smooth read. This is one of my favourite books, I would rate it higher if I could.
Graphic: Alcoholism, Cancer, Child abuse, Death, Domestic abuse, Eating disorder, Emotional abuse, Physical abuse, Sexual assault, Death of parent, and Abandonment
Moderate: Fatphobia, Mental illness, Terminal illness, and Toxic relationship
Minor: Religious bigotry, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , and Classism
This book is heavy and largely about parental abuse, specifically maternal abuse, and it's ongoing effects.
