The Daughter's Tale by Armando Lucas Correa

4.0

I really enjoyed this book. It said on the cover that it was for readers who loved [b:The Tattooist of Auschwitz|38359036|The Tattooist of Auschwitz (The Tattooist of Auschwitz, #1)|Heather Morris|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1525962117l/38359036._SY75_.jpg|56940861], which is why I got it. But to be honest, I have never read that book. I switched between the audio and physical book for this one and enjoyed both of them. This was a beautiful story about family and making difficult choices during the war. I loved that this book was based on a true story. It was beautifully written and I recommend if you are looking for a WWII historical fiction.
