Behave: The Biology of Humans at Our Best and Worst by Robert M. Sapolsky

challenging funny informative reflective slow-paced

4.25

This book was a wonderfully hopeful interpretation of human behavior utilizing a variety of disciplines including neuroscience, animal behavior, primatology, psychology, anthropology, and sociology. Sapolsky eloquently synthesizes these topics in an informative, humorous, and deeply intimate manner. While a bit long-winded and in need of a bit more editing for concision, each topic explored kept me engaged for its duration. Would recommend to those with a background in biology and psychology - may be a bit dense for the average reader.
