A collection of interconnecting short stories set in Japan Manly in and around Tokyo. It's really strange for me to have picked this up but I have enjoyed it. Read it alongside the audiobook in order to help with all the Japanese phrasing, words and names, it's very interesting and cleverly written. I'll keep trying my luck with contemporary fiction as this is really sparked my interest
