Look, I found out about this book because I saw a hilarious TikTok the author made about how her entire family found out about it, including her old tíos, and so naturally I had to read it. And I'm so glad I did! I've been in a reading slump for MONTHS and this is the first thing that's grasped my interest long enough.
I'm deducting a star because it could definitely have been better edited (I spotted a lot of small mistakes) and the pacing felt a little off to me in some parts, but otherwise it was a lovely read and I definitely look forward to the sequel!
