I love a good self improvement book however I was underwhelmed with this one, probably because I really love her talks on YouTube so my expectations were super high.
I got a few little nuggets here and there but mostly it felt repetitive to me, I skipped over a lot of it. Very heavy on the visualisations and affirmations. If you love that sort of thing you'll love this book and I'd encourage you to read it.
