A must read. Some of the descriptions brought such clarity to topics I had an inkling of, but didn't necessarily have the words for. Powerful, motivating, and the good kind of uncomfortable.
Graphic: Misogyny, Racism, Sexism, Xenophobia, Cultural appropriation, Gaslighting, and Toxic friendship
Moderate: Genocide, Gun violence, Slavery, Police brutality, Murder, and Colonisation
Minor: Racial slurs and Pandemic/Epidemic
There are uncomfortable topics covered by this book, but they are discussed as bad things, they're not encouraged or supported in the text. E.g. there are explicit examples of cultural appropriation, but the book is pointing out why this is wrong.
