Good Samaritans by Will Carver

4.0

This book will definitely leave you wondering what the heck you just read. Who comes up with this stuff?!?!

Seth, a insomniac, has a phonebook and every night he calls a stranger to see if they want to talk. Maeve, his wife, chooses to drink her wine and go to bed. One night, Seth's phone call connects him to a struggling, suicidal girl, Hadley in a strange crossing of wires. Meanwhile, across town, Ant is fielding calls at the suicide prevention center, Samaritans. Dead women are being found around the area. How do all of these stories connect?? It is one insane ride. It's a page-turner that you won't want to put it down. There is some information in the book that I just didn't think needed to be there and some parts are repetitive so that's why I took off 1 star. Other than that, it's a good one!!!
