I feel like this was a very typical plot of a YA series in this genre. However, I am desperate for a cunning FL. In Ash Princess she was so depressed that she did nothing, in this Thia was so hotheaded that she didn't have a cunning bone in her body. Also, I think it's kind of unbelievable that the Evil Queen would just let her hostage princess go "work" in the city every day. Why weren't you more suspicious that a new girl just happened to start working there after you go visit everyday???
I want more Slytherins and fewer Gryffindors lol
ALSO! I loathe love triangles as the FL tends to pick the one I don't want her to, and surprise, surprise, she picked the one I didn't want! lol
Also, you lost your chance to destroy your enemy from the inside by being so hotheaded and predictable. idk, I just need more High Ladies in books
I got the next one as an ebook so we'll see how that goes. If I like it, I'll eventually get it in a physical copy lol
