Everyone (but me) seems to adore Lawson.
A few years ago, I tried to read her blog on the recommendation of a friend. Mmmm, no thanks.
I tried to read her book _Let's Pretend_, but DNF'd. Not for me.
I made it through this one by skimming at times, and to be truthful, I did laugh two or three times. Don't ask me which parts, because I don't remember.
That about sums it up for me: the book is forgettable, and that makes me sad.
