this book truly opened my eyes to the wonderful world of pet ownership. id never had a pet before, and it beautifully captured the range of emotions and the special bond that forms between humans and animals. the relationship between Satoru and Nana was particularly heartwarming - strong, unique, and filled with both love and sass. Nana's feisty personality shone through, and her protectiveness towards Satoru was endearing. all the characters were truly lovable, making it a captivating read.
while i might have guessed some plot points, the ending still managed to pack a powerful emotional punch. tears welled up as i finished the last few pages.
this heartwarming book is a must-read for anyone who has ever loved a pet, especially a cat.
