The Thousandth Floor by Katharine McGee
5.0
With all the snark you want from a high school romance mixed with a realistic and terrifying look at the future, The Thousandth Floor was a novel that I couldn't tear myself away from. While I loved the characters - Atlas and Avery the most - what floored me was McGee's grasp of technology. You can tell that a world of research went into this book - and some serious intellect - and when mixed with a fuzzy cocktail of back-biting, class warfare, fashion and futuristic teenage shenanigans, this book becomes something very special. Can we have the hair and makeup technology already?
