The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley

3.0

Lucy Foley has a distinct syle that is similar to other crime fiction authors I have read. Similar to The Guest List, this story is told from multiple POVs. There are little hints scattered in the story and it is up to you to decide if you want to follow the trail and find out who has been murdered, why and by whom.

It is an easy, entertaining read that took me a few hours. The storyline is interesting, however, the characters are unlikeable and unrelatable. I didn't feel for the characters and it made me less curious about what had happened. I didn't even feel sorry for the character who had been murdered. In fact, throughout the whole story, I didn't care if any of them died. The plot is memorable but not enough to make me read the book a second time.
