This was so good. The last 15% was great and that epilogue had me shook. All of the characters were so lovable and the characterization was amazing. The setting is so strange but it somehow works. I love Talen and Eledan- I loved reading about them. This is a more plot-driven book than a character-driven one, focusing on weapons, alliances, light vs. dark etc. That's usually the case for fantasy/sci-fi series finales where the pieces are set and now it's just the culmination of everything. My favorite books in the series are 1 +4. I'm still surprised at how the multi-romantic interests seemed natural and not forced, while that usually wouldn't be my cup of tea (probably because they were more subplots and it wasn't a romance book). Also I loved that these books had a ton of twists and you never knew what to expect. V cool, and I'm excited to read more from this author.
