This book, along with the class I took that required me to read this, changed the course of my life. You think that's an exaggeration, but it's not. This book helped to convince me to choose Music and Psychology as my major. Daniel Levitin and I have such similar interests when it comes to studying music as it relates to the human mind, and I felt incredibly inspired by his viewpoints and opinions. This book literally changed my life.
