This is definitely a slow burn, like the first major twist comes about 75% of the way through the book. I did struggle with this a few times due to it being kind of slow but honestly once I got to the major twist it was worth it. Like now that I think about what the twist was it does seem a bit predictable but I did like it. The twists and turns continue after that reveal and honestly I felt like some of them were just a little too much but overall I enjoyed the book and look forward to reading more by Alice Feeney
Graphic: Infertility, Car accident, and Death of parent
