Boy Meets Girl by Meg Cabot

5.0

A brilliant book that made me laugh out loud with every other page. Meg Cabot manages to tell a story in a way that differs from the traditional way of writing a novel (such as using IMs and emails between characters and the journal of the main character Kate) and achieves great success in the process. The quirky heroine in Boy Meets Girl, like nearly all of Meg Cabot's heroines, is the kind of woman you could relate to. The romance was sweet, the familial problems were realistic, and the insecurities that Kate faces in the novel not unlike some that I and many women have gone through. Boy Meets Girl is a great book for anyone who wants a laugh with a dash of romance in their everyday life.
