while wittig does make some really solid points here, she made the decision to compare racism and lgbt issues on the same level, which resulted in some really weird and inappropriate comments.
it's also worth noting that given the time this was published, some of the language used is outdated and less inclusive than it could be.
even though this has its issues, wittig did make some interesting and really good points that are worth thinking about. (especially in the last paragraph . that was PHENOMENAL)
