The Selected Works of T.S. Spivet by Reif Larsen

3.0

All in all, I found the book enjoyable. My only problem was that I just felt that the book came to a jarring end. When I came to the last page, I felt like I needed something more. It's not that it was open-ended, it's that it feels like there was really no ending at all. Besides that, the structure of the book, all of the diagrams and illustrations that were thrown in, etc. made it very fun to read. I feel like there were just enough and I didn't find them to be too big of a distraction or nuisance. I think one of my favorite parts of the story was the story in the story detailing the life of one of his ancestors. Give it a go, if you want something that's just a little bit different.
