Michelle Heard has just this way of making her male characters be totally possessive and obsessed with their women, and you just have to love them for it.
Now this was amazing, the way half of the book was just about Samantha trying to overcome her trauma and Franco, the amazing man he is, doing everything in his power to help her, let's just say it was masterpiece.
And on top of all of it, there was Slovak mafia that just made me laugh. It just was so unreal to read about, like the first book to ever mention Slovak as it is. It was just perfect.
Loved every second of this.
