The ending was sudden
The story was still enjoyable but once the war came it all just kinda stopped two seconds later. The solution did have to happen fast but the lead up and limited battle details made it seem sudden. Also two events in the story make you wonder about the pride members more because when *spoiler* you don't know how to feel, exactly. Maybe it'll come with reading the rest of the series.
