love a fake relationship in any form always but parts of this felt therapy talky in a way that took me out of the story. obviously issues addressed in this story are important and need to be addressed, it's just some things felt heavy handed and logan's arc especially didn't flow as well as it could have, almost like the author didn't make a decision about his background and motivations until halfway through the novel.
