Holy Fools by Joanne Harris

3.0

Not my favorite Joanna Harris book (I'm still in love with Five Quarters of the Orange) but a suspenseful read. It takes a bit to get to the meat of the tale, but once you get through the first 100 pages it flies along at a good clip. I also liked how she ended it. It would have been so easy to write a traditional "good guy wins, bad guy dies" ending. Instead, she writes about forgiveness, which is hard to swallow, but fits the story well.
